Senior Producer

As Senior Producer, I create each episode’s docket rundown, ensuring hosts Eboni and Dustin have every bit of correct legal, journalistic, and historical data needed so they can do what they do best - give sharp, relevant legal analysis and colorful, cultural commentary. I also create all copy for the show and work closely with our editors to make sure the final product is as seamless as possible.

Toure Show was already a pop cultural mainstay when I joined the team. I’ve come aboard to help bring even more fresh perspective, to think outside the box regarding guests and to assist in bridging some of the gaps between generations.

I assisted Head of Production in edits to make sure episodes sounded their best and represented both host and guests well.

From building out the run of show to conceptualizing the majority of the episodes to sourcing, booking, recording guests (twice per show), to liaising with talent, to leading all creative meetings - working on Sanctified was a chance to put my lifetime of religious and spiritual rearing, inquiry, and community-building to good work and great use. I’m proud of bringing together unique, nuanced perspective of faith, religion, and spirituality.

I conceptualized a show revamp from music selections to segments to transitions. I listened to what they wanted and assisted them in executing a sound and style that matched Brittany and Germani’s vision for the show’s future.
